Q: How long will my order take?

Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 4 working days within Punjab and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Made to order furniture is different: production takes 45 to 60 days because epoxy and resin need time to cure properly, and we dispatch as soon as it is finished.

Q: How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on ready to ship orders of Rs 3,000 and above. Below that it is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. For made to order furniture, delivery is quoted separately once the piece is finished, because the cost depends on its size and your address.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. If a piece reaches you broken or faulty, we will replace it.

Q: Can I return something if I change my mind?

Made to order and custom pieces cannot be returned, since each one is built to your specification. For ready to ship items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will tell you what we can do.

Q: Do you take custom orders and bulk gifting?

Yes. We build furniture to your dimensions, wood and finish, and we take bulk orders for corporate gifting and weddings. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 1740669.

Q: Do you give a guarantee?

On our resin and epoxy furniture, the coating is resistant to stains from coffee, tea and other liquids. We do not guarantee against scratches and cuts, because that kind of damage can happen even on metal. On solid wood pieces, follow the care instructions on the product page and they will last for years.
